Wholesale Policies

EUROPE

Minimum order: 350€, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
For orders above 750€, shipping charges are offered.
Non-European Union members have duty fees at their expense. 

LEAD TIME + INVOICING

All wholesale orders will ship within 48-78h, unless otherwise specified. 
If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date please notify. 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

We ship most international orders via Chronopost and Colissimo. 

SAMPLES

We have tealight samples available for the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us if you are interested in receiving these samples. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
